I decided to leave and go to O’Rileys and as soon as I walked in their employee Gerald was eager to assist me. I needed to get my batter tested and replaced. He did an amazing job! He also gave me a few pointers along the way and explained everything he was doing during the service. I have definitely found my new auto parts store! He didn't offer no help at all about what I needed. That bald head mfer it's very arrogant from the time I walked into the store. Has no customer service skills.
