"The food was absolutely perfect. I got brisket, pulled pork and beef sausage links. Brisket was juicy, pork was tangy, but not NC tangy, juicy with a hint of heat, the sausage was amazing. My daughter's pulled pork nachos were awesome! My wife got a smoked cheeseburger, you could see the dang smoke ring in the burger. Only thing that wasn't perfect...the chairs were a tad uncomfortable."

"If you haven’t been to Paul’s, please take the time to enjoy something in their outside area when it’s not deathly hot out! We love the atmosphere at Paul’s, and their food really never disappoints. If you’re there on a Thursday, I’d highly recommend their gouda burger. Other than that. all of their pork and brisket options are amazing. They smoke everything on-site right behind the restaurant, and you can tell Paul’s perfected his craft."

Great ambiance. I would love to try the table top on your own private grill s’mores. Easy to eat at, reasonably priced. Paul’s is a must if you visit Lake Charles Louisiana."
