"Poor customer service. I was the only one in the store and I had to ask someone to help me. The sales person said they didnt sale the shoes I showed him a picture of. I looked myself and found the same shoe. 3 sales persons left me and talked to each other at the check out counter. They treated me like I wasn't going to buy the $210.00 shoes. I bought the same shoes and another pair somewhere else. Don't judge people you don't know. Disappointed"
"The whole store just gives me bad vibes. They assume and look you up and down. They don’t even ask if you need help no greeting when I walked in as well."
"My grandson was accused of being a reseller when trying to purchase a shoe. He is not a reseller, he was just looking for a certain size shoes he wanted like a regular customer! She refused service from him. It is not right to assume people are resellers when they are just looking to buy a simple shoe. It was an African-American middle-aged lady with burgundy braids. Right afterwards, my grandson seen the lady sell that same exact shoe to a man. He could have been a reseller as well, but he was not refused. It isn’t fair or right to be choosey with who’s a reseller or not."
