"I'm truly empathetic to Little Sweet Peas Boutique (Houma location) for having to downsize to a smaller store. However, my recent experience left me feeling underwhelmed and disappointed. The change in location seems to have brought about a notable decline in the quality of their items, and the range of sizes has drastically decreased, making it more challenging to find suitable options. The most disheartening part was the lack of helpfulness from the employee. Not only did she seem indifferent, but her attitude towards kids was off-putting. There was a complete absence of effort in assisting or suggesting alternative items, making the shopping experience far from enjoyable. Furthermore, the proximity to an adults-only store at the new location was unexpected and made the visit uncomfortable. I had to hurriedly navigate my child away to avoid exposure to inappropriate items nearby, which added to the unpleasant experience. Previously, when Little Sweet Peas Boutique was in its former location, I was a loyal weekly customer. However, since the move, I've only visited once. The charm and appeal seem to have dwindled, leaving me hesitant to return."

"I walked in this store this morning to buy Mardi Gras outfits for my brand new granddaughter and grandson. We were not acknowledged by as much as a smile with absolutely no offer for assistance the entire time I was in there. There were several things that I would have liked to buy but I chose to take my business where it’s more valued."
