"Closed 15 minutes early with a line of cars. Please change your open hours to the times you are willing to serve customers."
"I recently returned to give Smoothie King a try after swearing off of the entire franchise 10 years ago. First-why I quit them. I was an almost daily customer of the Ambassador location for years. In the beginning, service was friendly and professional as you would expect when paying a premium price. It wasn’t exemplary, but who cares, right? It’s a smoothie. Then, over a period of about a year, I noticed that the attitudes of the staff began to deteriorate. Cheerful, friendly and courteous interactions turned into sullen, smart*%s and smug answers to any question. I felt like I was bothering them every time I visited. I stopped giving them my business because their attitudes communicated their lack of desire for it—and I like to give ppl what they ask for until they can’t stand it anymore. Fast forward 10 years. I passed I’m front of SK on the way to Wal-Mart and thought, “There’s no way that nothing has been done to address the abysmal attitudes of the staff.” I pulled into the drive-thru to order. Here is how it went: “ whatcha need?” Sullen, borderline angry voice of a young man who is barely speaking loudly enough to hear. “I’d like coffee hi-protein.” “Anything else? Again, delivered with the enthusiasm and positivity of a cranky IRS agent. “Yes, I’ll take a protein cookie.” “What else?” Terse. Brusque. Rude. “That’s all.” “Drive up.” A young lady accepts my payment with a neutral expression and the same bad attitude. The young man comes to the window with my smoothie and shoves his arm out the window without even making eye contact. No protein cookie. He shuts the window. I honk to get someone to open the window and ask about the cookie. “We didn’t get that.” Friends have stopped using the youngsville location for the same reason. I witnessed a *terrible* interaction from the passenger seat there. It’s too bad, because the product is great. However, the widespread nature of the rudeness and lack of professionalism points at one thing—the leadership/owners of the local franchises are bad at this. They should sell them to someone who knows what they are doing."
"Smoothie was good but they didn't feel it all the way to the top. Paying $9 for a smoothie please fill it all the way."
"The Angel Food smoothie made skinny is great don't even miss the sugar. On Fridays there is always a line."
