"I purchased a leather jacket from the Buckle store in Bloomington Illinois and had hardly ever worn it. I've had it hanging in the closet until the weather deemed the need for it. To my surprise the leather had started to deteriorate across the shoulder area. I sent an email to Buckle's corporate headquarters in Nebraska and was told that I should take it to my local Buckle store and let the manager examine it. Since it had been well over 60 days since I had purchased the jacket, I was told that there was nothing they could do about it. I think that if the material or workmanship is of substandard quality, it shouldn't matter when it was purchased. Except for the damaged area, the jacket is in excellent condition. I would recommend that if you are looking to buy a quality leather jacket, you not purchase it from Buckle."
