Took them 2 weeks to resource items they have in stocks all this while my wife and I try to stay in a camper with no AC and record heat. "David at RV source got me out of a bind twice. Once was to come through with 2 new AC's when I needed them last minute and the other was when I had a leaky water heater. He was able to replace both of my Dometic units with a much better working brand that keeps my camper nice and cold on hot days. While I was looking at the same tank unit he told me that he had a tankless that would work better. I got the tankless and now when we shower we don't have to wait or have cold water. His knowledge and willingness to go beyond what is needed to make sure your issues are taken care of is why he will always be busy and have the best service around."
