"I have filled my prescription at Guilbeau's Thrifty Way Pharmacy many times. Today, I was told they will only fill my prescription if I have a Carencro address. What a bold face lie and a way to run off customers. You can only fill prescriptions for people who live in Carencro?!? Give me a break. What about people who live in small towns that don’t have a pharmacy? I guess they can no longer get prescriptions filled. A pharmacist has the right to decide if they fill any prescription, and I’m good with that, but don’t lie and say it’s because I don’t live in Carencro after you’ve filled the EXACT SAME prescription for me countless times. She claimed it’s because, “The DEA is watching us”. Please show me where the DEA says you can only fill prescriptions for residents of Carencro. Probably the most ridiculous lie I have ever been told. I can handle the truth, but Guilbeau’s would rather make up far fetched lies. Tell your pharmacy to be honest with people, it’s the best policy."
