"Disappointed. We got there at noon today. Tea's came first with no lemon as requested. Chips followed about 30 minutes later. Service rating POOR. Ordered Chicken Fajitas. Onions were burnt as well as 50% of the chicken. Nothing like their location in Southpark. Not going back. ."
"The food didn’t even have a taste oh wait exceot for the pepper on the fajita was good. Got an supreme fajita it was the worst food I ever put in my mouth. Taste just plain like cardboard. Would not It recommend the only thing good was the margarita. Wouldn’t advise to try."
"This was an overall horrible experience. We arrived at 6:54pm, and 4 of the people out of our group of 10 wanted to catch the last five minutes of the happy hour special. The bartender, although he saw and heard us mention that we'd like to take advantage of the happy hour specials, made no effort to acknowledge us until after the 7pm cutoff. We were seated, amd proceeded to place our orders. We all ordered hamburgers, and they slowly came out. My wife and I were the last ones yet to be served, and our waiter finally told us that the order was never put in. He left, and eventually the "manager" came to the table. She made light of the situation, offering no more than tk bring our hamburgers while our fries were still cooking. Our water glasses were never refilled, and when our food finally came, it was extremely disappointing. The huns were hard (almost like day-old bread), and the pattie had hardly any flavor at all. To cap our visit, we were given our check, and when the receipt came back, there were 2 different amounts - one on the original bill, and a different amount on the credit card receipt. When I asked, I was told that the extra amount was a surcharge for using a credit card. This should have been told to us prior to giving us our bill. Overall, the experience was terrible. I would definitely avoid going to Blue Apache."
"Met family here per a recommendation, can't extend that to anyone else. Ordered the quail fajita plate and when the waitress was lowering it to the table I could smell that something was off. Tasted the quail and it was freezer burnt. Just terrible. Sat there while everyone else ate there food waiting for a worker to come back. They didn't until everyone was finished. She asked how the food was and I told her about the freezer burn. She told me that there would not be a charge for it and asked if I wanted anything else, nope. Didnt expect to pay for the terrible food but did expect for a manager to come out and talk to me, but that didn't happen. Maybe they didn't know about the bad bird but they should have followed up, and they didn't. Really can not recommend a place that would serve food like that and the have poor customer service."
