"This place is nice.Had good ice cream and lot of sweets just did not get the idea of this business and in fact we were the only ones there. They had three young workers probably family. The building was very nice probably a tax write off for someone or a business set up to teach family members how to run a business. Anyway it was full of sweets and probably make money on birthday parties for children. Very little activity but still it was very nice. I wish them good luck but I dont see it as being successful but maybe I'm wrong."
"If you have never brought your kids here then you’re missing out. My kids absolutely love this place. They have little shopping carts for kids to push around with all the candy they can eat. This is their favorite place to go when we visit Louisiana. I would highly recommend to at least go there once."
"Stopped by this neat shop during our road trip. My teenage daughter was absolutely giddy over all the different variety of candy and sweets they had at this place. This would be a cool place to visit at Christmas time as they had lots of Christmas decorations. I loved the retro stools and decors as well. My only disappointment was when I ordered a banana split and it came in a small container and did not look anything like the standard banana split ice-cream. It looked sloppy and unappetizing. The young clerk was not friendly and did not smile at all when we greeted her. Maybe she was just having a bad day. We would probably come back again during the holidays just to see if the atmosphere would be a lot brighter and to purchase more of their truffles and nostalgic candies!"
"To be as cliche as possible, I did feel like a kid in a candy shop here! Such a wide variety of candy and treats. They have fudge, ice cream, shakes, floats, and more. There were some candy pieces I had not seen in such a long time. Felt really nostalgic for me."
