"HORRIBLE SERVICE. I understand that this location was busy at the time of my stay, however that does not excuse poor service. The fries were incredibly soggy, and I stood in line for over 7 minutes waiting for someone to give me a refill for my drink. Employees continued to walk past both my friend and I as we stood there waiting and acted like we did not exist. I believe we would have had to continue to wait if I did not call out an employees name to PLEASE give us a refill. OUTRAGEOUS!!!"

"I have always loved Chik fil A, but the few times I have come to this specific one it is always slow and not the same happy atmosphere as other Chik fil A’s. Still, I thought maybe the last couple of times were just off days, so I placed a mobile order today to pick up since I was in a hurry. When I leave with my order there is a literal BOOGER on the lid of my drink just floating around. I have never been more disgusted and disappointed with any fast food restaurant than I am right now."

"By far the dirtiest chic fil a I have ever visited. Nauseous after eating there. Floors in the bathroom and kitchen wet. Dining room unattended. Food not fresh. Fruit was soggy and buns for grilled chicken sandwich was stale. Which is surprising because they had a line around their drive through. This location is not easy to get into because of the drive through and parking was limited. TRAVELERS BEWARE DO NOT STOP AT THIS CHIC FIL A IT IS SO DIRTY.
