"Saturday afternoon I was in line for 10 minutes waiting for my food and they gave me a kids meal at first and I said it wasn’t right and they corrected it and then they gave me a spicy McCrispy when I asked for a hot and spicy McChicken and then I said it was wrong but they insisted that was what I ordered and I asked for the right thing only for them to give me ANOTHER MCCRIPSY WHEN I WANTED MCCHICKEN!!! I did not wait 10 minutes in line for that!"

"Both toilets in the women’s washroom were filled with faeces and toilet paper. And I ordered a flurry, and I had to mix it myself. They didn’t even make any attempt to stir in the toppings. As a former employee, I am familiar with the standards and I think this is pretty sad."

"If i could give this place negative stars, i would. This has to be the most disgusting establishment i’ve ever been to. EVERY single table was absolutely filthy. You wanna brush your hair? don’t worry, there’s a hairbrush on a table. You want an appetizer? don’t fret, there’s doritos for you to snack on!!! your food not salty enough? you don’t even have to think about talking to the rude employees because, you’ve guessed it, there’s some on a table! I will never ever go back to this place, i regret the 40 DOLLARS that i spent here. Oh, and the cherry on top is that when i walked to the counter to ask for napkins, i saw not only flies buzzing around like there wasn’t tables to clean, i see the employee boxing nuggets with his bare hands. Needless to say, i’m still wondering if i’m queasy because of the disgust or maybe food poisoning."

"Absolutely unimpressed with every aspect of my trip. Bathrooms were a complete disaster, after ordering I had to stand and wait 15 minutes just to pay for my order. Waited another 20 minutes for my food before checking on it and being told it had to be remade. When we finally got our food the fires were burnt, the orders were wrong. None of the staff were friendly or helpful and acted like any request for the most basic items (ketchup and napkins) were unreasonable."

"Stopped by here at approximately 6pm. Our order was simple—2 McFlurries, 3 sundaes and a kid’s meal. it took approximately 14 minutes for this order to be completed. The workers were unprofessional to say the least. Despite the long wait I said thank you and the worker did not respond at all. When I noticed an add-on wasn’t on the sundae, I asked and was then told “oh we’re out of those”. That’s something the worker should have told me since the add on had a cost; I told him that we had add pms on the sundae and he said we don’t have any M&Ms. Im like really, why didn’t you say anything, you’re just going to ignore the fact I paid for add ons smh. We used the restroom and there wasn’t any tissue inside. There weren’t any napkins in the lobby. The weirdo worker with the glasses, slim build, mix match sox, with braids, was very rude. He handed me my ice cream and as he handed it to me there was ice cream running down the side of the cup. I still said thank you. He rolled his eyes at me. They were so rude omg. The management is horrible. The place is dirty inside and the customer service is a negative zero. Good thing we were just passing through but I wouldn’t ever come to this place again. I will be contacting corporate as well. I wish I could give this place all negative stars."
