"Great deals and very helpful service"
"Went last night to return a few things. Arrived at 7:05PM just to be told they stopped accepting returns at 7:00PM. The reason the lady told me was because they close at 8PM and she wanted to have enough money in the drawer. I told her I paid with a credit card. Her response was Well you Don't always get your money back on your card. Umm...Why the heck not. And to think I paid to be a member here. Needless to say I'm just going to shop at Tractor Supply and go to Lafayette and do my business there."
"They are very helpful. They helped find the right equipment and tools for what I needed. They had it waiting for me when I arrived and checked me out. Awesome business!"
"Newly opened store, great prices, plenty of parking . I have personally bought a 21/2 ton car jack, very well made, hand tools , auto polish."
"I returned a pneumatic rivet gun because I could not remove the lid to charge it with hydraulic oil. They advised me of a re-stocking fee at the time of purchase, which I said is fine so long as it isn't due to defect. When I returned it, the clerk had to get the manager to waive the re-stocking fee. I exchanged it for a cheaper model which of course didn't work so rather than return to that junk store I threw it away and cut my losses. Today I find out on my credit card bill they did in fact charge a restocking fee of $43.97. So now you know their business model, sell junk and make money off returns. Avoid this place until it finally goes out of business."
