Bent's RV - Boutte

"We weren't crazy about this place at all. They were nice, but not too great. We had to ride in a cart to look at campers. Usually, we just go look, then make a decision. We've owned three campers in the last 13 years. Kind of know what we're looking for. But.... each rv place has their own way of doing things. Just wasn't crazy how we were handled during this viewing. Plus, all their small campers had bunk beds, which wasn't for us. But if you are looking for a small camper with bunk beds, do come here."

"Very poor service it is now 61 days at Bent’s RV service and still no time frame of when I will get my camper back. It was brought in for warranty work for the black tank was not flushing out and oven not staying lite. I would never advise anyone to buy from this place. This is the third time bringing it in for service and it’s not even a year we had it. I would give them a zero rating ."

"Just leaving this location. It wasn’t a good experience for us. The receptionist told us we could walk the showroom floor until someone was able to help us. There were multiple people in the establishment. They walked past us and never acknowledged our presence. Upon coming in from the showroom floor, employees were sitting around talking and another on their cell phone scrolling. We went back the receptionist (about 45 mins later) and she asked if we needed a salesperson. Well obviously we need one. We’ve been waiting for a salesman since she told to go to the showroom room. I was able to call another company to see if they willing to accommodate us. They were friendly and look for forward to helping us. We were leaving when another customer walked out with us to ask us what camper did we like. He was more friendly than the employees in the establishment. Needless to say, I’m happy to spend our money somewhere else. I’m sure the establishment have the same campers our F350 can pull."

"Excellence!!! It needs to be said that the customer service at Bents RV in Boutte Louisiana, in conjunction with Fred Yoder customer service representative at Forest River, is outstanding! The service manager John Lopez, at Bents and all his staff have gone above, and beyond to provide me the finest quality of service. They also took the time to explain safety features and product operation. Not only did they explain, but they provided hands-on operation to make sure I understood what was being explained. Thank you all for keeping me informed and making sure I will have safe travels in my future. Myself being 2000 miles from home and needing help….you all have been fabulous!
