"I went to the drive thru an a young girl claimed to be the manager. She wouldn’t even take my order an told me to leave her store. The next morning I went back an got told by a day time manager what happened an she told me what do you want me to do. She got an attitude an walked away. I’ll never to to Burger King in Gonzales, La again. 1946 W Highway 30"

"*** WARNING*** I went in the drive-thru and immediately was asked to back up and then drive forward. After waiting 15 mins for an online order that was already place, a young girl with freckles handed me 2 drinks I said which one is coke and which once Dr Pepper? She shrugs her shoulder and said I don’t know. I wait for her to return to the window and let her know that we have been given all coke and would like Dr Pepper. She tells me they’re out of Dr Pepper. I say how about Pepsi, she tells me only COKE products. I say fine give me a coke! The whole time with a sour look on her face comes back with the coke and I tell her fix your face. She then flips me off and I throw the coke which hits the closed window. The manager with short hair comes over and starts throwing drink at me and all in my car. HOW are these EMPLOYEES still EMPLOYED after flipping customers off and having an attitude like that. I won’t be spending my money there again, bc on top of all that the food was cold."

"The female at the drive-thru is very rude and gave us the wrong order and wrong drinks. When I tried to ask her to change it she said she didn't have time that I could get off and do it myself. There's a reason why I when thought the drive-thru.. smh never again!!"

"There was this non- melanated, young female who identified herself as the manager. I requested a fresh (from the broiler and out of the grease) meal. She immediately caught an attitude as I handed the food back. I communicated effectively with her but she felt the need to talk over me, close the window in my face and talk about me to her co-workers. I am launching this complaint because I was under the impression that Burger King chooses individuals with integrity, effective communication skills and highly rated work ethic. It is clear and evident that this MANAGER failed to understand her roles and responsibilities. Therefore, I am requesting of the GM to relieve this young lady from her managerial duties from Hwy 30 in Gonzales, Louisiana. I tried giving her an effective communication lesson at the window seeing as though I am a certified and mastered educator but she was reluctant and felt empowered by her title."

"9/13/23 12:30pm I dined inside. It was very clean. Music was a little too loud. Young lady took my order. Was very nice. I asked for a customized order and it was made correctly. Fries were actually hot but no salt. The freestyle machine was out of the drink I wanted so I asked if their machine behind the counter had it and it did."
