Reviews
"terrible customer service. They don't want to attend because they don't get up from their chair."
"Shoe Carnival has come out with the Skechers slip-ons in casual or tennis shoes. Bought a pair of tennis shoes today"
"Wow! Hit a big sale. Prices are great. Ppl are friendly. Store is neat, clean and organized. Thanks ladies, great job!!"
"I've been there a few times in the past several months to find a pair of shoes.i know the pandemic has caused a lot of problems with stock inventory but I could never find my size shoes every single time. However, biggest issue with this store is the customer service. There are always three girls(employees)there standing in the front, giggling and/or on their cell phones. They are very rude and will not ask to help you with anything. Makes shopping there a awkward and uncomfortable experience. I'm not sure where or who the manager is, but it doesn't seem to matter. I'll be looking elsewhere. Update 10/22 The absolute worst place to go shopping for shoes. Apparently the owners and management don't give a care about their business . Sales associates are completely rude and will right in front of you ,almost touching you without asking you if you need help. Apparently they hire woke folks to destroy their own business . It's sad and sickening how these people treat their own customers with such disdain . No wonder they are so empty ."
"We were in town for Christmas visiting family and my son needed a new pair of shoes. When we walked in, there were 3 young girls behind the cash register. All of them were on their cellphones, one was even sitting on the floor. Not one looked from their phones to greet us or ask if we needed help finding something. It took 5 minutes to see that there weren’t any shoes there that worked for us. We walked out and not one of the girls said goodbye or told us have to have a good day."
