"So nice to find a McDonald's with friendly, positive service. It was a great way to start the day on the road. Very clean and inviting. Staff even came around the tables checking to make sure everything was ok or if we needed anything. This place should be a model for others McDonald's to copy. Didn't find any grumpy or negative staff here. Thank you!"
"They stuck two buns together on my big mac with nothing between them after making us pull forward to wait on our food, you’d think if you have us pull forward you’d at least be able to make my burger with a patty"
"All I asked for was mac sauce and cheese on my hot & spicys. They ignored that completely and put mayo and lettuce on my burgers. That’s it what I asked for. This the second time now. Plus, the second sandwich was old."
"Stopped through here with my husband on our long drive home. The place was clean for during a rush, and the people were decent. We got our food pretty quickly but realized they messed up our order, which is fine, stuff happens, I’m not upset over that. The thing I was not happy about was to finally get my correct burger and see that my burger’s condiments were on the outside of my burger and spilling out of the wrapper, and they did not even give us napkins. I understand we were there during lunch rush hours, but I’ve also worked at a McD for 3 years and was a manager for half of that time. It is possible to make the burgers still look neat during a rush, I’m speaking from experience. I will say, I’m very grateful to the one worker guy who searched the store to give my husband the last ranch packet for my fries, I did not get to tell him thank you but it was the one thing that saved me from having a worse experience."
