"EVERYTIME i go, they are out of pretty much anything i try and order. Today was better because they actually had what i wanted. After u paid i asked the lady could she ring me up for a cheesy roll up because my 2 year old started crying for one and being the ONLY customer there i don’t understand what the problem was. But she told me no that i had to go back around. it’s not like you can go around in there parking lot and it be easy. no i would have had to go back into the lunch traffic and back around to again be the only customer at taco bell for a cheesy roll up. customer service there is normally never professional nor great but today it was pitiful."

"Bought a cheese fries steak thing and theres barley anything in it charged me 5 dollars for something that barley had anything only about 3 small tiny bites of food never buying that again it was a rip off"

"Go to the hwy 30 location. This place never has the most basic ingredients in stock. I never write reviews, but I've given this place a try once every year for the past three years. All three times a part of my order is replaced with a substitute without my knowledge. It's a joke. The owner sucks at running a business, and the staff do not care. I don't even blame the staff because the owner doesn't care so why should they."

"Very disappointed. The employees are always rude at this location no matter what. Today I go in and I wanted to order something that wasn’t on the kiosk but you can order it at the counter because it is on the menu. Also the kiosk said if you are paying with cash to go to the register. Once I step up to the counter one of the employees rudely told me “if you’re ordering you have to go to the kiosk.” When can you not order at the register anymore?? I told her the situation and she just stared at me, didn’t say anything and walked away. I never said it in a rude tone or anything. At this location they are just always rude and in a sour mood ever single visit. Also what’s with the up charges on customized orders if you don’t even add what was paid for?"

"Horrible service, very rude staff, messed up my entire order when i tried to call they hung up the line multiple times so I brought it straight to corporate this is completely unacceptable spend your money anywhere else and save yourself the time, money and frustration"
