"I did the drive-thru. They were slow but they were busy. So that's probably why they were slow. They also messed up my order but corrected it quickly. Honestly I think they did great for as busy as they were. They were really trying."

"Went thru the drive thru. Ordered, pulled up, was greeted. My tea was cold, the perfect sweetness and taste so smooth. I asked for a fork even though I ordered no food. Was gladly handed a fork and napkin without being judged. Amazing service. The fork is for a piece of cake I wanted to eat while traveling :)"

"My orders are NVER correct from this location. Ordered an E22 on door dash. This is what I received. Only got refunded 2.50 for the $8 coffee that they didn’t even make correctly."

"Today @ 6 pm tried to order a tall decaf 3 squirts of half & half. I’m a boomer so I heard her say we don’t have squirts of half and half lol. Then I asked for 3 half & half on side. Then she says it will be $5.25 ish. I asked at window why so much for tall hot coffee w cream. She had put order as latte w a shot. She was rude and explained they don’t have a pot of coffee and only do drip coffee. She never came back to window for 4 min so I parked and made my grandson go get my coffee and deal with his generation. Maybe I’m wrong but I thought I ordered this before without any confusion. Staff was not helpful. I need to stay home and drink my own darn coffee. Whew!! Coffee was good."

"Coffee and turkey sausage egg and cheese croissant were good and I wanted to give this place more stars but this is why it fell short: I also ordered a banana nut muffin which was suppose to be warmed up but it was very cold instead and I also ordered an everything bagel which was not suppose to be toasted but it was toasted, burnt, and so hard to eat that I almost chipped my tooth trying to take a bite of it so unfortunately had to throw it away. If we love your coffee, the least you could do is listen to the details of your guests order and show us they you really do love your guests, because sadly I didn’t feel the love this morning….and seems like others have expressed this feeling prior too!"
