It is unacceptable and unprofessional to let your employees treat someone this way especially if you’re trying to invite more people onto your team. Extremely disheartening to watch and I will think twice before visiting this establishment knowing that this is the representation of the employees at this location."
"Greeted with a friendly and happy hello!! Customer service was on point and I received my white chocolate mocha rather quickly compared to other Starbucks I have visited. My only disappointment would be the restroom which was not as clean as I would have expected."
