"The girl at the drive thru took my order wrong, and then got ugly with me. I told her it was ok, but that I wanted the correct size drink (she gave me small, when I ordered a venti) She then turned to the barista and told her to just "put it in a venti cup". She gave me the drink, and I aske what the price difference was so that I could pay it. She looked at me and said "HAVE A NICE DAY"! Then closed the window...... Not cool. Sorry if you were having a bad day, but do not take it out on customers."
