"Shared a garlic butter fry appetizer, which was great. I had a filet burger, which is normally very good, but this visit, it was overcooked and very dried out. Also, our group discussed that our burgers seemed smaller, as did the appetizer fry quantity, so not only have prices continued increasing, but portions appear smaller (?) So, a draft beer, $8, a burger, $15, my cost share of fry appetizer, $3, totaled with tax and tip, nearly $35. That's ridiculous."

"The burger was delicious. The onion rings were thin,oily and overcooked but I didn't go for the onion rings I was looking for a great burger and they nailed it. Definitely a 5 star burger."

"First time here and probably the last time. I ordered the fried okra and that was the only good thing I had. Ordered the bourbon burger and it took a while to come out honestly. There was more lettuce that meat in my burger and it fell apart after a few bites, had to eat it with a fork. The burger had no flavor except SALT. I ordered the fries with it too and all I tasted was SALT. Look, I love salt, but this was scary. I walked away that night with salt under my fingernails there was so much. A warning for people with high blood pressure to NOT EAT HERE. The service I received wasn't anything special either. Waitress looked dead and lost. People working here are zombies on the late shift. All in all, food only tastes like salt and it was over all very disappointing. Will probably not be returning any time soon."

"Guys… Seriously the best burger I’ve ever had! I’ve been wanting to try them a while and they do NOT disappoint! It may have taken a few extra minutes to come out, but guys.. this isn’t fast food. It was WELL worth the wait. If you’re craving a burger… this is it! Great atmosphere and great service! We will definitely be back!"

"Had never been to a Burgersmith before. Did not realize it was a sit down and have waitstaff sort of place. Took what I felt was a bit long for some hamburgers to come out - but they were pretty great and we had no complaints on them. Fries were good - different than a lot of places. Prices seemed reasonable. Large fry is very large - we determined if we ever come again we'd get a burger each and share a small fry. Better bang for your buck than Five Guys in cost and taste - at least thats how I feel."
