"I hate to even have to say this but tonight I had a miserable experience at sonic! First miserable sonic experience... it's not even hard to please me, I just want a huge red bull slushy, it was the juneberry one, bur when that went away I just started adding needs to cut the bitter of regular red bull. Tonight I ordered it came to right under 7 I gave 8 done deal. As I pulled away I tasted the bitter and realized no needs so I pulled back to speaker and explained to the new girl helping what happened she couldn't wrap her mind around it. Started talking to me like I was talking about the order she was taking. I felt handled bad af so I said just bring me the new one and I'll give you this. Hoping it would all make sense . She kept telling me the total so I said ok and she never came out. So I had a bitter slushy, but most of all my favorite place to get drinks disrespected me and my feelings are involved. I apologize but they wouldn't listen at sonic"

"this one employee with the ponytail was very rude and had horrible customer service. i ordered a large sweet tea and it was unsweet, it was for my mom. so i went back again and ordered another one. unsweet as well. so i told him that this was my second time coming back for the sweet tea and it was unsweet again. all he had to say was “funny because ik its sweet” i wasn’t in the mood to argue but he was just plain rude. not the first time with him either."

"I’ve been going to sonic for years, lately I’ve noticed quality of food has gottten worse, they barely put any condiments on food, order get messed up a lot, I ordered 2 footlong coneys with mustard , ketchup, and cheese. picture attached of what I got. No cheese barely any mustard or ketchup."

"I am sick of this Sonic The wait is always long and the staff is always rude Tonight I ordered two Sonic cheeseburger combos and one sonic double cheeseburger with bacon without the combo and pickle fries The food was cold and the tater tots and a pickle fries barely had anything in it I will be attaching pictures..... to begin with whenever the girl came across the speaker to take my order she seemed  very bothered by the fact that I was even there she didn't ask me what sizes I wanted the combos and when I went to specify what sizes I would like them she literally sighed like it was a big deal to change the size of the combos and whenever the car hop came to bring me my order she was also bothered by the fact I was there there was no courtesy no manners not to mention our food was cold like it had been sitting in an ice box literally... This is not my first unpleasant experience at this Sonic location in fact almost every time I stop by this location it's not a pleasant experience there is a couple of other Sonic locations in my parish I will be attending those from now on I will no longer stop by this Sonic it doesn't matter what day what time I go or what I order if a long wait and rude staff I'm done with it"

"The manager and workers at this Sonic are not very good at all. I have had problems the past few times I've went. Today, 1st the price of the Sonic Blast is $1 more than it's listed as on all the signs at Sonic in DENHAM Springs. The manager wouldn't honor the price listed, which is illegal because it's false advertisement. Then my blast did not have Reese's blended in the ice cream at all. So my blast was a large, and it was only vanilla ice cream with Reese's sprinkled on top of the ice cream. The manager then said she saw the worker blend the blast, which was clearly a lie. I even took pictures to prove it to anyone who wants to see. The manager acted as if I was the problem and didn't act as if she will do anything to correct the problems I experienced today! See the pics of only white ice cream with sprinkles on top! I had eaten on the side of it so it would show that I clearly only had ice cream!!!"
