"Only reason I put a 1 star is because you can't do zero. Spent $50 on 3 potatoes, waited 40 minutes for food, and the order was wrong. The employee from the kitchen had an attitude when we were rightfully agitated. Will never go back."

"I haven’t had a baked potato in a very long time but my mom stopped by and surprised me with this for dinner. She ordered the Traditional Tuber and we added steak on the side and it was perfect. It’s not all that over top when it comes to flavor but it’s just right. You can’t beat a big loaded potato like this for $7. The people complaining about the price, got more than the basic potato. You get more, you buy more, it’s simple!"

"Ordered & paid $20 for a blackened shrimp alfredo potato & they forgot the sauce... The entire point. I called when I made it home to find that I basically had a plain shrimp potato and the customer service was awful. I drove about 30 minutes to get the potato. Manager on duty (same person who fixed my potato) refused to refund me & told me “it don’t work like dat.”"

"Clean restaurant. Very friendly staff. Food was really good! The San Jose sandwich is amazing! Love the jalapeño bread it's served on!! We also tried the San Jose potato and the pulled pork potato. Both were good. But the San Jose is my fav! I do wish the jalapeño were diced into smaller pieces. I'd rather have jalapeño in every bite instead of just a few. Thy also had a few kids meal choices. Corn dogs and I think the other choice was nuggets. We got corn dogs. My son liked em. They came with a drink and bag of chips for only $2.99!"
