"I wwnt in the store Thursday evening to get a stater for my Armada and this stater is under the intake which is not easy or quick. Installed the stater and it's defective, I go back and they tell me the stater was good which is a lie because when I disconnected my wire from the stater I didn't tighten the connection back after demanding another stater, I ask to have it tested first ,I walk with him and this one fail too. I asked about a labor claim and the manager stated we don't do labor claims. Somebody should be responsible for labor. I'm not using O'Reilly again. They sell bad parts"
