"My food was terrible there’s no way you want to work at this restaurant drive through clerk horrible don’t make any sense no receipt my advice is never go there they don’t answer the phone and this not the first time this happened"

"Went to drive thru on 03/9/2024 at 1:40 a.m. asked for a large Dr.Pepper, told them that's supposed to be a Dr.Pepper they ignored the fact of what we asked for and Made it Large Coke lady at the window handed me multiple drinks didn't say what was what didn't offer a receipt or anything told me pull around front and brought the food out we even said thank you and they just seem like they have a " idgaf attitude ""

"Decent food, bad service. The drive through speaker was so low, it was almost impossible to hear the cashier working the window. Order was slightly incorrect. Lazy work ethic from staff. Won't be stopping by this location ever again."

"I'm from Florida this the 1st time I've ever been to a Jack in the Box and my experience was amazing, friendly employees service was great restaurant clean and i had that's new snoop box was so delicious, I travel all the way to California after I left here and I had it about 3 more times and The chicken was always nice and juicy. I even go to Chick-fil-A from time to time and their chickens are dry sometimes but 3 different times and the chicken has always been juicy. That's hard to beat Chick-fil-A, this was delicious wish we had this in florida"

"Horrible attitude and NO customer service! Out of town visiting & my family & I always stop at Jack in the Box when near one! This experience was not a pleasant one at all Keonna attitude…we had 3 fries, 1 chicken nugget & an order of tacos. Looked in bag we didn’t have any ketchup in any bag nor any of the condiments We asked for at the drive thru. She gave us 3 ketchup after we asked for it. My husband asked for more & OMG! Why would he ask a thing! He asked for more & she forcefully dropped the ketchup in his hand. We then asked for barbecue sauce for the chicken nuggets & taco sauce! Again the forcefully attitude! She had the worse attitude! As a former Store Manager this behavior is unacceptable! Sn:Taco absolutely disgusting! Very disappointed! I was told to order the tacos, wish I haven’t!"
