"Don’t know anything about the quality of his mechanical work, but he tried to rip me off by charging $20 for a $5 item that he “thought” I couldn’t get anywhere else. In Texas, that’s called predatory practices. I recommend that imperial sugar stop referring drivers that need plugs to this business, he will only rip you off. I got the necessary plugs about a mile away at the local hardware store. Caveat emptor."
