"Never again. We have supported this particular location from the day they opened. Even happy when the manager received her photo in a magazine. But as food quality continued to decline we went from weekly customers to monthly to occasionally. Always going back in hopes things would improve. This evening, despite them having zero customers, part of our food was undercooked while the other half was overcooked. For example, the 'chicken on a stick' was either so old or so over done that my son, very fittingly, asked if he could have "one of the beef jerkey on a stick." It amazes me how these businesses will raise prices while simultaneously lowering portion AND quality. It just isn't okay, and this was our last time supporting this one."
