"It took me 3 days to finally talk to the manager. He was not available the first 2 days and didn't have someone replace him. When I finally got in touch with him he told me they had a week's backlog. In addition they don't have a wrecker service. He referred me to someone that he called reasonable ($120.00). The shop and office housekeeping is horrible and parking accommodations even worse. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"They kept my car 2 and a half months and still didn't fix it. And had the audacity to charge me a bunch of money..They hardly answered the phone. And the few time they answered they lied and said they were going to call me back. They didn't. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. They are crooked. The whole time my car was there they gave me a run around. Thats bad for business...."
