Was told they had all the parts and only had to put it back together, then a few days later said didn’t have all the parts and fired person putting it back together. Little to no communication about status of the car. Had to go out on my own and call another dealerships body shop and find the part to bring it to them. They also had my information on my car under a completely different name & asked me if they still had my car. So unprofessional and a complete nightmare."

"The absolute worst experience ever at a dealership. I had read a bad review before I went but decided to give them a try anyway. We were quoted a price in writing. The day that we went for the test drive the salesman, Daeon, called and said that he made a mistake on the price and went up $100. Kind of aggravating, but not a deal breaker. We go anyway, test drive the vehicle and we tell him that we have everything to go he tells us that he couldn't give us the price quoted because we weren't financing through them. That was never stated with either quotes that we received. The sales manager wouldn't honor the agreement that was in writing because he said that it was miscommunicated on his end?? Very unprofessional!"
