"We went and ordered 2 vanilla ice cream cones for my mother and I, they took 6 minutes after me constantly asking the lady when my order will be done, and she said they were “working on it”. They did not even start until I had to go up there to an ENTIRELY different person to ask when I could get my order. They finally started working on it afterwards."

"While my food is always accurate I usually order through a delivery app and when I request the same extra condiments at this location that any other location would eagerly supply they up charge for extras. Might now sound like a good reading to drop the rank but it is when you’re already paying an up charge to have your order delivered and you refuse the request to the delivery service. I eat CFA religiously so to be told to pay an extra $1/dressing is pretty ridiculous when the other locations don’t even make a fuss"
