"I mobile ordered and was waiting for two a tea and a Dr Pepper as well as two chicken slingers with no pickles add bacon. Now I waited for 30 minutes, my food came with pickles and no bacon. They are typically alright with food orders but not doing so hot today."

"I have experienced this on two separate visits with the same employee name tag reads Toi. On the first visit she asked did I need my change back yes ma'am it's my choice if I want to tip you or not. Second time which was a few days ago same person my order was $6.64 I gave her $20.64 she comes back with $13.00 I count my money and she acts surprised and says is it right. I said no I'm missing $1 she then says oh you did give me the exact change, at this point I'm pissed and told her to just keep the $1 because again although it's just $1 it's my choice if I want to tip you and by the way her nails shouldn't be that long and decorative working in fast food that's one of the reasons I remember her so well!!!!!"

"i orderd with the app and checked in right away. i waited 20 min for 1 dr. pepper.. 1 small shake...and a frito pie that had stale chips and had been sitting long enough that where the chili was the chips were soggy. but the shake was good ."

"I am utterly disappointed with the customer service this place has to offer. It took 10 minutes just for someone to finally respond after I pressed the red button, and when they finally did I ordered just three measly ice cream cones... Thirty minutes later I had to flag down one of the workers just so I could ask her to cancel my order after having waited for so long. Yet it took the girl 10 minutes just to do that. I called them to say how terrible their customer service was, but the same girl answered the phone with a snarky attitude and so I hung up on her because it was disrespectful. I will have to speak with the manager because this isn't the only time I've experienced this displeasing service. Whoever runs this sad, miserable joint really has a knack for hiring a bunch of rude, lazy bums."

"2022 update: Inedible. The chili cheese hot dog had a long blonde hair mixed in with the chili. My side of fries didn’t even half way full up the container. Refused to honor promotional code I got from text messages. I get it if they’re not a “participating location” but that wasn’t the reason they gave. Just claimed it wasn’t valid."
