"Food was horrible. 1/11/24 1:19 pm Just ordered a dbl cheeseburger and fries no salt. Burger ice cold 2 slices of cold cheese and patties were so old and hard around the edges they crumbled. Fries were old also, not fresh at all l. Fries had been warmed in a warmer and limp and not crispy. Please close down or hire more responsible employees that can cook food fresh. Don’t serve me anything you wouldn’t serve your mother. You young people apply for these jobs and get mad when it’s time to do them. I will be sure to also inform corporate office."

"On october 27th which is today i had order my food and it went threw it said APPROVED i been there since 6:05pm its 8:18 so i got upset and ask this guy where my food and he was like what did you order i told him. then 20mins go by 30 mins go by i said um where it is he said the manager told him I need to repay . WHO WAS FINNA REPAY and my card had went threw it had took MY MONEY my $8.22 so i want my money back . my mother called up there and they not answering or my phone. so someone need to run my money back"

"I've been to the Sonic three times and every single time I've had to wait 15 minutes before someone answered the call button today after I saw someone walk up and get service faster than me and no one else was in the parking lot and somebody just walked up out of nowhere and they answered the button for him instantly and I was sitting there for like 15 minutes this morning I'm never stopping here again"
