"THE WORST GOODWILL I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! i’ve been to countless thrift stores across the country, this truly stands out as the worst. every single shirt, regardless of condition or brand, was minimum SEVEN DOLLARS! $6.99 for used, stained, pilled tank tops from walmart/shein? it’s nasty. i overheard a man looking at a “designer” bag inside of the display case, and he pointed out how the bag is obviously fake. he asked if they would take less than the $70 it was priced at and the employee told him that “no, and they never said it was real, if it were real they would have price it at like $200.” YEP, THEY WERE BANKING ON SOMEONE THINKING IT WAS REAL AND PAYING $70!!! they are blatantly trying to scam their costumers! not to mention it is COMPLETELY 100% ILLEGAL TO SELL FAKES. i’ve never seen any establishment, much less a goodwill, be so brazen in breaking the law and spitting on the very people who provide your store stock. avoid this place like the plague"

"Check your receipts!! I’ve been to many goodwills around the country and never on my life have I seen one with prices as high as the ones in lake Charles. Shoes falling apart for $15. Dollar tree items priced for $3-4, Walmart shoes priced for more than what you pay in store. Today they had an extra person at the checkout who inspected each item and was quietly telling the person ringing the items up, what each item costed. When I got home I compared the tags to the receipt and she had changed the prices of several items and charged me more, some items she DOUBLED the price. These items are all donated free to them! Absolutely insane"

"Going to Goodwill was nice. Myself and my cousin was able to browse around( with mask on of course) and see if anything that our attention. I found a cute lil doggy statue that I had to get. The price was Great. Looking forward to the next visit here at Goodwill. Love my trash can that I purchased for $4.00."
