"Whomever is giving the store 5 stars must be related to the store manager or something because they are lying because until recently I used to go to this one because it's closer but I honestly think this store will close soon. It used to be so busy once upon a time. I don't know if they hired a new manager who hired her family or something but the food is trash now because they don't prepare it right barely any meat on it or just missing a key ingredient that's makes what you order(Taco Bell side) unique. And on top of that the service is bad they have attitudes and when in the drive thru they make you pull around for your order no matter if your the only person in line or not or they make you stop in-between the 1st and 2nd window (trying to disquise how long it really takes them to prepare the food) and you just wait there until someone leans out the window to tell you to pull all the way up just to get a lack luster order. We need home office down there and they should fire the entire staff! And the picture shown below is the new 3 cheese chicken flatbread, they should call it the 3 bits of chicken flatbread smh they do the Quesadilla the same way smh."

"They employees don’t wanna be there and don’t even try to comprehend what you are saying would rather drive a extra 10 minutes then go here."

"Attitude of employees is melancholy and discontent. Understandable, it's fast food however when we as the customer come through with an 8 person family to order for and we choose to be kind to the workers and just order some toco and burrito boxes and over the speaker we here one of the employees complaining about it, that's unprofessional and unacceptable in the world of customer service. They also filled out order so fast that we were missing half of one of the contents of the burrito/taco boxes, meaning they did not care to count. We're not treated like we're were as important as every other customer ordering food."

"Every time we come to this location they always tell that they only have crunchy tacos or soft tacos. This is like the seventh or eighth time we have been there and that’s the excuse every time that’s just ghetto and lazy."
