"I ordered a Big Mac meal for lunch and to my surprise when I opened the box there were no sesame seeds on my bun…clearly the burger builder did not look at the box because the box has a photo of a Big Mac with a sesame seed bun. This is very disturbing."

"From the moment I tasted the fries I complained that I tasted salt and noticed my fry wasn't full.They said I didn't have salt. Pulled up to window 2 because my water with no ice was loaded with ice. Tasted fries again and told the insolent cow of a manager once again and she told me she dumped them straight from the basket which had no salt.The more I tasted the more I ate salt. I drove back around to the first window and ask the young lady to feel the salt on my finger in which she felt. She then questioned my not requesting no salt. I advised I did and my receipt stated. She checked and saw that I had. She requested that I pull to window 2 again. Gave them the fries. I was given half of a fry to discover Hot fries were placed on top the fries I gave back and given the same salty fries. No apology, just thrown my bag. This isn't the first time this location screwed up my order and treated me unfairly but it will be the last. The first time I asked for lemonade and given iced tea. The same rude manager cow told me I asked for tea and would change my drink. She simply tasted the lemonade cost more. Your menu doesn't state that. She is a lying dishonest heifer. The ill-manners displayed by that young lady is atrocious. I'm keeping the container to prove she had no regard for my health or request, and should be working on a garbage truck since she treats customers like such."

"I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and they completely messed my order up. After giving me an attitude at the drive through window. This was on 09/26/2023 @ 10:00 heavy set girl with pink or purple hair. Straight trash customer service and food quality was horrible. I have a food review page I will definitely post it on there like come on man. Fixing food like you don’t even care."
