"Katie and Carlos were great. We evacuated from Lockport due to Hurricane Ida and blew a tire. We had a new spare, but needed it mounted on our rim. Katie got us in immediately and we were only charged $10!!!!! The best place in Lafayette to go for tire service!"

"Horrible place of business. I would rate this place zero stars if I had the option to. Scheduled an appointment here one afternoon. I arrive at the front office and there was no one there to greet me. I had to call this sketchy place of business before anyone came to assist me in the front office. A worker in oily work clothes came from the back of the building to ask me what car I had.I previously discussed all of this with someone there eariler that day. We began to walk towards my vehicle and he asks me AGAIN what I needed done. I told him darker tint. He stated "oh I didn't know you already had tint" asking a customer prior to scheduling an appointment for them if they have tint or not should be ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT QUESTIONS prior to them scheduling an appointment. He then went on to say that he wouldnt have Time for my vehicle that day. He also said the he could add a layer to the tint on my vehicle but could not secure a warranty. This man (I'm assuming owner)was EXTRMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND Dishonest about being able to provide sevicesm FOR MY vehicle. I would never recommend anyone here.
