"Title: message to those in customer service. I was just treated with the most disrespect. I went back to inform them that the box was filled with mostly heads with no tails. Whether they gave me a refund or replaced the box, i simply wanted to inform them. He basically called me liar, told me there was no way this could be possible, he took a picture of the box and said he was sending it to his wife, asked another guy working for his opinion and the other guy agreed. As i tried to explain that the box was not tampered with and the crawfish was not eaten, he talked over me. He said i should be ashamed coming back asking for a replacement for such a cheap food item. I called my brother to tell him what was said; the guy saw i was on the phone and continued to talk loudly and said he was giving me my money back. He said i could get crawfish somewhere else for the same price. He said he had other people try some things with him but this was low...Attn: every person you encounter is unique, act accordingly, not according to your past experiences with other people. Cravin' Crawfish and More has just lost a honest and loyal customer."

"I went here to purchase 10 pounds of crawfish and turkey neck package. We get home and we have 1 turkey neck and crawfish was lemony!!! I called to inform the establishment and some MAN answered the phone and told me you wasn’t charged andclooking at my receipt with the charges! But my complaint was I didn’t get all of my order. The MONEY wasn’t the issue! I told him I want be coming back he yelled! WELL DONT THEN!!! And hung up. Professional NOT!!!"
