"Love this tire location! Always satisfied!"

"Have had issues multiple times. First time I was there for 3 hours and they lost my valve stem covers. I didn’t make a big deal. Second time I was there for 2 hours and they lost my lug nuts and replaced them with regular nuts. And today my car sat there over an hour, and after asking them for an update (they never called or texted) come to find out they didn’t even have tires to fit it. Yes, they kept my car an hour and didn’t even bother inform me that they couldn’t work on it…. guess you get what you pay for. Horrible service every time. Wish 0 stars was an option."

"Dysfunctional parts. I will not be bringing my car back. Not experienced, unkind and not professional. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was transferred 5 times on the phone for 20 minutes. And she couldn't help me, I have to wait for a different manager to come on the clock. Complete bs. This place may be cheap but it ISNT worth it. Save yourself the hastle and take your car to a REAL mechanic."

"So I ended up having a nail in my side wall of my tire so they couldn't repair it so they had to replace my tire that I just purchased in april/may sometime and they tried saying I didnt buy the road hazard but I know I did cuz in march when I replaced all 4 tires I had forgot and like 2 weeks later I had to buy a whole new tire so I made sure to add the road hazard plan to my tires...well long story short Mr.Merlin at the tire center saw I went in distraught mode and came over to make sure the other guy was looking at the right stuff well he wasnt and he found my warranty and tried his best to keep me calm when I was starting to get ugly and after he help solved the problem offered me a water. After the day I had people like him remind me to calm down for a second and remember it could always be worse. Thank you Mr Merlin you are great with customer service!"

"IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD Auto Care sucks! They stripped our bolt on one trip and we're pretty sure they didn't even change our oil the next time we went, but they reset the computer to make the car believe it had an oil change and told us everything was good. We wouldn't assume this if they hadn't refused to change it this time "because the bolt is stripped" (just like it had been already since last time) but once again they already reset the computer to make the car believe it had had an oil change (on top of how dark and nasty the oil actually was). Hire people who know what they are doing! Never, ever again..."
