"I am extremely disappointed with the poor service at this branch. Their decision to close one of the only two fitting rooms is far from brilliant, causing unnecessary inconvenience for customers. Moreover, the person in charge of loss prevention displays a remarkably unpleasant demeanor."

"5 months later, nothing has improved. Kids running through store wich I blame the parents for not teaching their kids manners probly means they dont have any as well. Badly managed. Plenty of stock if you can find what you want. Can't get down isles. Random stuff on shelves. I didn't feel like digging through stuff. I didn't buy anything. The only good thing is the door greeter she was really nice."

"I think 7 registers but only 2 cashiers were working, so there was line of customers waiting to pay. Clothes are pretty decent price but most of the Clothes are on wrong sizes hangers. Need little help there."

"Can't be any management or supervisor. Been a holy mess since they moved to the "new" location. EVERYTHING is thrown on the floor and shelves. No organization. My friends from out of town use to compliment our store or organization and cleanliness, I'm afraid for them to see this. The 2 stars are for store location only."

"Please get more big and tall clothes. A small selection in comparison to the old store. Why is their no fitting rooms after months of being open. I had to buy clothes go in my vehicle and try on then bring some of the items back in for a refund. I don't live in Beaumont and have time to drive all the way back because of no fitting rooms this is ridiculous."
