"What a gem! Got to meet the brilliant chef, Brenda. All dishes were generously sized for sharing and delicious. Even the cocktails felt special, the Ole Smoky for example. Beet hummus was a wonderful surprise and the tuna “tacos” were incredible."

"Customer service made the entire experience. Trey is an awesome bartender and human being. Great suggestions, insight, and conversation. 10 out of 10. The food was also really good. I got the happy hour loaded fries and the caribbean rice. My rice coulda used some salt but the bacon on the fries was perfection and they were surprisingly not soggy and very tasty. I also tried the strawberry fields drink which was very good as to be expected. However, the star was the watermelon margarita Trey recommended. I would’ve never ordered it on my own and I’m so happy I tried it. Everything had a kick to it and I will definitely be coming again. Nice aesthetic, tasty food, attentive staff. 5 Stars!"

"Very interesting restaurant and a much needed break from the fast food model in the US. Dishes were really varied and all pf them good. Service is super quick and efficient, really enjoyed the drink refills and quality of services. Some dishes were a bit too big, be careful if you’re a small eater."

"We visit lake Charles several times a year, and I was excited to try out the James 710 for the first time! It was an absolutely wonderful experience! Food was superb. Great ambiance, and the service was excellent! The craft cocktails were AWESOME, and I love that they have some of my favorite local beers on tap (ghost in the machine?!). Our server Jason was awesome! Very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We asked for his recommendations, and he was totally on point for what we asked. We will definitely be back!!"
