"Took them 50 minutes to change a single tire on a Nissan. All the tire techs were late to work because apparently someone "forgot his shoes." Then charged $198 for that single tire and no discount for the damn near hour wait... Customer service was trash, their water fountain was empty, and the tech we saw pull up had his newborn in the front seat as they were driving. 0/10 go somewhere else, I imagine they faked their current reviews."

They said bring it on in, & they took care of it IMMEDIATELY even though they were still obviously busy - the car was done before 5! Faster than many quickie lube places I've been to, & they didn't try to sell me any other 'stuff'. Appreciate it!\"
