"We were told that their cheaper inventory wasn't on the floor. Which feels like it's on purpose as a sales tactic. Didn't seem interested in the work involved to show us what else they had. We raced up there at our earliest availability hoping to find a decent dryer at a good price, and we were told it was too close to the end of the day for them to pull from their storage and find something that wasn't priced as new. I feel like anything more than 30 minutes should have been plenty and we had exactly 52 minutes until 6pm. Did not feel like they wanted our business. Went to Mascals instead... Got it cheaper and a warranty. He even inspected and changed parts as we spoke. However, I do wonder why S&S Appliance couldn't do similarly."
