"The quality of this insert looked great but unfortunately mine was destroyed during the process of pressing it in. Given the diameter, this insert doesn’t exactly snap in. I expected some resistance but mine simply would not budge. Most, if not all reviews claim it’s an easy install so I’m going to chalk it up to a defective part. Update: I’m changing my review from 3 to 5 based on their customer service. The quickly resolved my issue and sent me a replacement. Thank you!"

"I ordered the short shifter for my 06 si and can't be happier. My shifts are so much shorter now! I'm very happy with the product. It looks great and is great quality product. It was extremely easy to install and only took less than an hour. Being able to completely adjust it with the height and shorten or lengthen your shift and lengthen or shorten the left and right motion of the shifter is amazing. Very happy!"
