Family Dollar

"This store needs more employees and would make a great combo store Dollar Tree/Family Dollar. I think this store needs a lot of TLC and a thorough cleaning. The parking lot lights need to be fixed so that customers feel safe shopping here after dark. I see customers park in the fire lane in front of the store because they do not wanna walk across a dark parking lot. I enjoy working and shopping at all of our family dollar stores."

"Problems with inventory because of warehouse rodent infestation! Wasted money on necessities and then had to throw away everything bought at this location. Worst if all was that I was looking up dog food recalls because it just didn't look right and the dogs were getting suck when I learned that the store was closed and customers should throw out anything bought from this location. The store already had closed early on numerous occasions but it is in a bad neighborhood and the clerk would leave when it was slow. I never complained but it is unreliable and have gone there at least three times this year (at night, but during normal hours,) to find the doors locked and no one there. Maybe I should feel blessed that I didn't have even more to toss or worse have ingested or used or even worse SHARED contaminated products with someone... I bought everything from cleaners, food, pet supplies, electronics, decor meds and much more from there but will not use this store for a very long time. This is terrible because this was not the fault of anyone local and the workers were genuinely sweet and helpful and they were exposed to unsafe/ unsanitary conditions at work when work should be safe, especially since COVID!"

"The store is very messy, but I don't feel like it's totally the employees' fault. I think there were only two of them and you can't run a store that size and keep it presentable with only two employees."

"I may never go to this store again, i was in line behind 2 people, the little girl in front of me needed 6cents,she went to get her mother, in stead of just giving her the 6 pennies, the mother put her stuff on the counter, and the cashier rang her up, instead of taking me first. All the while the mom is telling me "I'm not butt'n in," and just going on like it was ok. I left 34 dollars worth of stuff in the cart and walked out. There is no longer any common courtesy nor professionalism in this kind of store, plus you can't get down most of the aisles because they are stocking the shelves while you are trying to shop. Bad management and inept cashiers and very rude customers. That's what you will find in this store, beware."
