"I assumed they had checked my transmission fluid. They did not . I was almost killed when my transmission went out. After going back over my Walmart bill weeks later when my transmission went out, I realized they had never checked my Transmission Fluid. I assumed they were throurougly checking all my fluids with the package I purchased. I have heard mechanics say, "it is too hard to get to". It is actually not, they are just lazy. My transmission went out due to low fluid. I trusted them to check all this and they did NOT!!! Don't use this service center!!!"
"Manager in the tire shop denied fixing a tire because they said it was below the minimum. All the wear indicators did not meet and I just had my vehicle serviced at the dealership where I had 3/32s left. Guy measured tread in the small little cracks on the side instead of the main grooves. Tired to explain but just said it was policy and refused. Indication for tread is measured in the main grooves not between the tread. The shop manager should have at least known that."
"Got new tires, was easy and fast. Brought my car back for an oil change. It was a quart low and said they couldn't do it because of a possible leak. Ummm... yeah more like it was lunch time, and didn't want to service it."
"Excellent. Never had a problem. They do sell custom rims and will install if SAFE to do so. It is very dangerous without the correct accessories which a lot of people don't have. No one wants to be responsible for anyones death because you came in with junk. Manufacturers set parameters for a reason."
