"I find this store policies to be out of date and a RIP OFF TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. The fact that someone can pay their hard earn money for merchandise and find out that they can't return anything for a refund ONLY store credit or a gift card. That is ridiculous, okay you don't do cash money returns but if I purchased something on my PERSONAL card the funds should be credited back to my card. I may not want to shop in your store for anything else and to tell me I have to take store credit or a gift card is NOT OKAY. This is especially true of a raffle item.....during the holiday season (this could be a gift that was purchased in an incorrect size or unwanted). I am appalled at their out of date policies and lack of customer service. I get making money but keeping customers money IS NOT THE WAY TO MAKE IT. This is to the OWNER and anyone else who has ANYTHING TO DO with this absurd policy. RESPECTFULLY, an unsatisfied and NEVER returning former customer."

"I gave one star because good for businesses to be in the hood but the prices are unbelievable.this the north side were we cant even walk to a store fir fresh fruit..but want us to pay 140 dollars for tennis..give more cheaper options.so that kid dont walk in your store thinking he has to commit a crime for some shoes...ijs"
