"Thanks to previous reviews, I knew exactly who Heather was and I was fortunate enough to have her as my waitress. She is very knowledgeable of the menu and super friendly. I mean she treated us so good we didn't want to leave. The food was so good that we ended up ordering a bunch to go so my mom could try it. My son is a very picky eater but he tore his food up. My mom said that the fried shrimp and catfish were the best she's had. We ordered the Ribeye, prime burger, fried shrimp, fried shrimp and catfish, bread pudding, pork rinds and everything was amazing!!! Both the food and the service here is top notch! I will be visiting each time I drive down from Houston. I've told everyone I know how wonderful this place is! Thank y'all for having us! See you soon!"

"Best Ribye you can get! Topped the steak with a little crawfish etouffe! Great service quality food! The Prime burger is the best in Lake Charles!! Update- we have continued to eat here at least once a week, never been disappointed, and the quality service and food has remained consistently perfect!! We will continue to enjoy Prime! Always a good decision to dine at Prime!"

"We stopped in Lake Charles for one night during our 23 hr drive home. Have you read the prior reviews? Because I’m saying the same thing they are. Impeccable service! (shout out to Heather) And the personal service by all of the staff, including the owner, who stopped to check on us on a few occasions. It’s true that the Ribeye is top notch with unmatched flavor and cooked perfectly to our request. My hamburger steak was so so good with the best homemade gravy with mushrooms. And you must try the house Margaritas. All flavors we tried were very tasty. The bread pudding was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. This is a local and very welcoming restaurant that you really have to experience for yourself. Don’t expect fancy unless you’re talking about their steaks!"

"Working in Lake Charles the past year and this has been hands down our favorite brunch spot.(bottomless mimosas!!!) I even took one of our executives there to try the bread pudding. All the food is amazing and Heather is the most awesome person we met in all of the south!!! If you are traveling through SWLA….this is a must spot to stop and enjoy!!!!!!"
