Domino's Pizza

"Majority of the food was okay until I got to the specialty pizza I don't know what they was doing up there but they left that in there a little bit too long,not to mention like everybody else said you got to call them multiple times to get ahold of them I thank God I have time"

"I was told to pull up and was waiting so long I pulled off instead. Not to mention my order was made ahead of time and people were still leaving before me"

"Can't get a single order right. Either forgetting things at the store(or outright) because the delivery driver was made unaware of items in the order or delivering the wrong food."

"So, I live in Slidell. I ordered my mother some pizza for her birthday from the store that's closest to her in Patterson. After taxes and the average tip was charged to my account I called the store and spoke to the lady whom delivered the pizza to my mother. Apparently on average the tip was a little over 2 bucks. So I asked her what her average tip was and she told me around 5ish. So I then asked her to increase my bill by 10 more dollars bc I wanted to give her this tip. Just doing a good deed. Well, this was 2 days ago. Today I get a message that I was not only charged the 31 bucks...but an additional price of the original order....AGAIN....I've been trying for over an hour to speak with a manager to fix this but noone answers the phone at the store. In fact each time I call it rings for 4 times and then someone hangs it up. This is horrible customer service an needs to be IMMEDIATELY addressed by corporate."

"After many regular deliveries and orders I just encountered the worst service ever. I will mist likely not be using this restaurant again the future. I literally ordered a delivery and could not find the option online to do half and half so put in the order and IMMEDIATELY called the store to correct and the server would not correct or change the order for me since he had supposedly already made the pizza. This was not even 2 min later. While I agree, this is fast service, they should have agreed to correct the order."
