I’ve never heard of purchasing a bedroom set and not having the bed rails included and then trying to make me pay separately for them after the sailsperson said they forgot to add them!!!!! I no longer want this bedroom set, and the management have the nerve to tell me that I only have two options and that’s to pick out another set or exchange, but that I cannot have my money back!!!! How the hell can a company tell me what I can do with my OWN money!!! I think I’ll be seeking legal advice on this matter!!!!"
